At AD Style Studio, we believe style is more than clothes; it’s a form of liberation, a powerful way to align with your truest essence, and a celebration of all you are and all you’re becoming. We stand proudly as a Black Queer Woman-owned, queer-affirming studio, dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space for every identity to feel seen, celebrated, and fully expressed. I’m Angela Denae, a queer style expert, intuitive guide, and creator of the Style Alchemy Method. My style journey wasn’t linear; it was shaped by years of navigating body image struggles, identity shifts, and shifting emotions. In 2023, I realized the only way out of my pain was through it. Small, intentional actions: movement, mindfulness & reconnecting with my body became my lifeline. I began to see my body as a partner, not a problem, aligning my style and energy with my authentic self. This transformative process led to the creation of the Style Alchemy Method, blending style & self-discovery.
