This is for the folks who are ready to break the rules they never agreed to in the first place. In these 1:1 sessions, Teresa helps you untangle the stories keeping you small, stuck, or scared to start over. Whether you're navigating a major life shift, coming back to yourself, or trying to remember who you were before the world told you who to be, you and Teresa will dig deep, disrupt, and rebuild in a way that feels like you. 3 month package $3,000 (payment plans available).
Becoming You Board Workshop
More than a vision board—this immersive experience is a deep dive into who you're becoming, how you want to feel, and what needs to shift so you can start living a life that feels like it fits. You and Teresa will use creative tools, community, and intention-setting to move beyond the surface and into soul-led alignment. $70 per person (group rates available for organizations).
Neurodiversity in the Workplace Training:
A dynamic training for organizations ready to actually support their neurodivergent staff. Teresa will cover what neurodivergence really looks like, how to create accessible environments, and the tangible steps leaders can take to honor diverse minds.
