Kickstart Wellness helps women and LGBTQIA+ folx break cycles of people-pleasing and self-abandonment. Through psychodynamic, somatic, and narrative techniques, Kelly Judd, MS, CPLC empowers clients to reclaim truth, set compassionate boundaries, and design a life of alignment. Centering nervous system regulation and self-attunement, we create a safe container for unmasking and self-trust. Kelly believes sustainable growth begins with radical self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-loyalty. With two decades of startup leadership and plot twists (religious/work trauma, late-identified neurodivergence, coming out as queer in her 40s, supporting spouse and child through gender transitions), Kelly understands the costs of self-abandonment. She holds an MS in Psychology (ASU), a wellness counseling certificate (Cornell), training in clinical mental health counseling, creating an affirming, gaslight-free space to unlearn patterns and build lives grounded in authenticity and joy.
