Training (Formation)
Hello Gender offers workshops on diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility focused on the needs of transgender people. Breaking away from the conventional model, each 90-minute session is adapted according to the client's needs. By creating a safe, judgment-free space where participants can ask all their questions, they emerge with tangible information that will be useful in their everyday lives. All services can be delivered in-person or virtually.
Consultation
To help businesses adapt to gender diversity, Hello Gender looks at practices, policies and procedures to offer recommendations and support for the creation and implementation of safe spaces for all. All services can be delivered in-person or virtually.
Keynote (Conférences)
In addition to sharing their journey as a transgender person, PJay invites participants to reflect on their views on gender and explore the influence of inherited cultural behaviours. In addition, PJay shares tools to help identify certain situations and navigate inevitable errors. All services can be delivered in-person or virtually.
Support for Young Trans People (Soutien aux Jeunes Personnes Trans)
In order to compensate for the lack of representation and the need to interact with a trans individual, Hello Gender offers 30-minute discussion sessions where the youth can share their experience and receive advice from PJay's personal journey, as well as various information and resources according to their needs.
