The Center for Empathy and Emotional Intelligence (CEEQ), founded by Misha Safran, focuses on how empathy and emotional awareness enhance relationships at home, work, and in communities. CEEQ improves team dynamics and fosters self-leadership through CAPEĀ©: Compassionate Communication, Positive Intent, IDEAB principles, and Empathy before Accusation. Our trainings promote open dialogue, belonging, and the role of empathy and emotional intelligence in creating positive, joyful environments. Misha Safran, published author and founder of CEEQ, is an award-winning speaker who earned the CEO Award from the National Institute of Health for successful DEIA training. She creates healthy spaces for clients to navigate discomfort while developing skills. Teams thrive as they discover, value, and celebrate successes and find enthusiasm for their work. Misha helps leaders reset their mindset to empower voices, resulting in renewed energy, problem-solving, creativity, and thoughtful communication.


The Laughter to Joy Wellness Experience is a virtual series of six daily 1-hour sessions. Misha combines laughter exercises, breathing, and playful movement to boost mood, reduce stress, and promote well-being. Participants often report feeling lighter, more energized, and connected, with reduced stress, increased resilience, and new tools for fostering daily positivity. All graduates gain free access to the Laughter to Joy Community.
