In PersonNarwhal Divers, a Trans & Queer-led and centered business, creates access and safer spaces for all people interested in diving. We prioritize community-centered, inclusive, accessible, and affirming spaces to explore the underwater world. Narwhal Divers is an agent of change shifting the narrative in the world of diving. We offer both open and community-centered classes, events, dive trips, and DEI Consulting & Training. Niko Kowell is a proud Trans and Queer person and lifelong activist. In 2021 he left his non-profit job of 14 years, where he was an Associate Director of Health Equity. He then decided to pursue his passion of diving full time (learning to first dive over 20 years ago) and got his SSI Scuba Instructor certification. Narwhal Divers is his manifestation of the two things he loves the most: diving and serving the Transgender and Queer community. He wants to make the world of diving a safer place for all, especially Trans folks.

Scuba Diving Instruction & Dive Trips
Scuba Diving Instruction: Open Water Scuba Diving Course (local/travel) - full certification. Update Course: a refresher for those who are already certified. Dive Trips: A community-centered dive trip around the world. Varies based on location.
