Leadership Coaching

Management Consulting
We’ll start with a 30-min exploratory call to better understand your circumstances and desired outcomes. Then we’ll move into a discovery phase where I will meet with stakeholders to refine goals, timeline, and key team members involved. From there, we’ll move into a design phase, and then an implementation phase. After that, you and your team can decide if you would like to bring me in for ongoing maintenance, or, if you would like for us collectively to come up with a maintenance plan that you and your team will use going forward without my help. Leadership Retreats
We’ll start with a 30-minute exploratory call to better understand your goals, circumstances, and desired outcomes. From there, we’ll work together to design a retreat tailored to the needs of your team and organization. Wedding Officiant Services
- Legal wedding officiant services - Personal consultation with both partners - Optional support writing ceremony script and vows - Optional filing of marriage license for an additional fee - Travel within 90 minutes round-trip (extra fees may apply beyond that) - LGBTQIA+ affirming, inclusive language and approach In-person. $250-$500. Need guidance for a friend, family member, or chosen family member who will be officiating your wedding? Have you been asked to officiate a wedding and don't know where to begin? I also offer wedding officiant consulting, available remotely or in person ($75–$125).
Vow Coaching
Having writer’s block when you sit down to write vows about the love of your life? I’ll help you get unstuck and actually make the process fun! I can work with you, your partner, or both of you. Remote or in-person. $75-$125.
