First launched as a psychic mediumship and tarot reading business, Einar now specializes in clinical hypnotherapy and energy healing, guiding clients on a profound journey toward Soul evolution. Mindsei’s philosophy is captured in its tagline, "Come back home to yourself," emphasizing radical authenticity in fostering individual and collective growth. Einar's path is marked by an MA in Women's Studies from San Diego State University and over a decade in content management and production. He worked three years with celebrity life coach Tony Robbins, spent fourteen years in DEI facilitation and strategy, and twelve years in education, from higher-ed faculty to poetry workshop facilitator in San Diego juvenile halls. He later became Senior Manager in Ed-tech. In 2019, Einar published The Woman Inside of Me, documenting his gender transition.
