Want to support your people, become more inclusive, or just work better, but not sure where to start? You may not feel it to begin with, but this is a properly exciting spot to find yourself in. Too often, EDI and people work feels woolly, cumbersome, and a lot of effort. It shouldn’t! Sorting these problems out often comes at the cost of doing what you do best, especially when resource is low. Taking a step back to hold a review or form a strategy can slip down the list of priorities. Hopefully then, you’ll be pleased to know that I love that spot. I’m into simplifying people processes, demystifying EDI, and grappling with strategy, so you can get on with what you do best. I can offer advisory, developing and delivering training and workshops, reviewing processes and structures, policy review and creation and a whole lot more! I currently work remotely across the UK and Canada, based in Calgary using MDT time zone.
