We’re a small, future-focused consulting practice that partners with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations navigating growth, change, or complexity. Our work sits at the intersection of operations, leadership, and care for the humans doing the work. We support organizations through convening, consulting, and capacity building, including leadership cohorts, executive coaching, and strategic operational support. A big part of our approach is helping leaders feel less alone while building systems that actually work in the real world. As a queer-led business, equity, inclusion, and emotional intelligence aren’t add-ons for us. They’re foundational. Many of our clients serve under-resourced or marginalized communities, and we’re especially passionate about supporting leaders who are carrying a lot without always having the support they deserve. We’re intentionally small on purpose so we can offer high-touch, relational, and thoughtful support rather than cookie-cutter solutions.
