Trained through an ICF-accredited program and shaped by her own journey of deconstruction and healing, Bre blends somatic practices, energy work, and intuitive coaching to help people reclaim their lives on their own terms. After spending years untangling the beliefs that kept her small and disconnected, Bre now guides others to do the same, whether through her group and one-on-one coaching, her supportive membership community, or her true crime YouTube series The Makeup of Cults, where she explores the intersections of religious trauma, power dynamics, and healing.
