Attachment centered individual and relationship therapy from an inclusive, sex-positive and queer lens. For the past 20 years, I have offered compassionate and professional mental health counseling for individuals, couples/relationships, and families in Washington and Oregon. My specialized focus is on providing support for queer, transgender, and/or neurodivergent peoples. Working with adults, couples & relationships and families in Oregon and Washington State; a focus on supporting neurodivergent people who are autistic, have bipolar disorder and/or ADHD. I see a lot of later-in-life diagnosed people who are finally realizing why their life has felt like a struggle for so long. In relationship work/couples counseling, I want to help people develop healthy connections and attachments to the people they love and to themselves. I believe that my clients are the experts in their relationship, and it is my job and honor to help coach and guide them into more effective ways of relating. Many of us were not given models for what a healthy relationship looks like, nor how to disagree in ways that feel fair and just for everyone involved. Much of my approach to couples/relationship work comes from PACT and Stan Tatkin’s work on attachment.
