Kyra helps high-masking and late-/un-diagnosed autistic and ADHD folks sort through all of the identity crises that come with understanding your brain for the first time in adulthood. They love nerding out about emotional processing tools that actually work for neurodivergent brains, teasing out the mindsets underneath your actions that are keeping you stuck and fighting against yourself, and helping you structure goals that work for you without ableist tools. With their coworking sessions and 1:1 coaching and more offers in the works, they're always looking for more ways to help people build more joyful relationships with themselves and others.
