OnlineJust Be Rooted, formerly LH, LLC, provides affirming services to all individuals with a focus on marginalized groups. We provide a space for youth (ages 13-18) and adults to strengthen their mental health using an eclectic, anti-oppressive, holistic approach. Just Be Rooted offers counseling services, creative expression and ways to build community.

Coaching
Coaching sessions serve as places to address concerns such as goal setting, life direction, and productivity. These sessions tend to focus on providing resources, hearing clients out, and offering practical solutions. This service is available on a sliding scale based on need. In certain cases, we may be able to offer our coaching services for free.
Counseling
Therapy sessions allow us to dive into the roots of interpersonal issues and life experiences, taking on a heavier tone at times. We create a safe space in which both parties come to understand the why behind an issue, and delve into learning why behaviors or habits developed. We provide relevant resources, and support clients with realistic strategies to help them navigate their day to day lives. This service is available on a sliding scale based on need. In certain cases, we may be able to offer our therapy services for free.
