My services include gender affirming care letter writing, typically completed in one to two 50-minute sessions. The rate for standalone letters is $200 per session. I accept Premera, Lifewise, First Choice Health Network (Kaiser PPO), and Regence insurance, which often covers much of the cost depending on your plan and copay. I also offer letter writing consultation to other therapists at $200 per session.
