Sometimes, we’ll whiteboard and brainstorm, and other times we’ll screenshare and work through the details of a specific challenge or task - Homework assignments designed to build on our work together - Solution-focused explorations of how the political and the personal might interfere with your professional goals - Care, compassion, and accountability Our work together will be tailored to you and your needs, but some things you can generally expect: - Working through miswanting to identify what really matters to you and setting values-aligned, strategic goals - Building out a viable action plan to achieve those goals - Working on infrastructure to set you up for long-term success. This looks different for everyone but can include things like strategic planning, business plans, niche identification, marketing strategy, client acquisition plans, hiring and on-boarding processes, fundraising, and board development.
