OnlineRex Wilde works with organizations to integrate transgender and gender expansive (TGX+) inclusion into diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) frameworks. With over a decade of LGBTQ+ education and advocacy, they provide training workshops, policy consulting, and strategic advising to make gender diversity a realized practice. Their connection-centered approach empowers workplaces to foster environments where TGX+ inclusion promotes belonging for all employees. Rex is a nonbinary LGBTQ+ speaker, educator, and consultant who has trained 200+ companies including Spectrum/Charter, UPS, ADP, and Sundance Institute. In 2021, Rex coined the initialism TGX+ (transgender and gender expansive) to advance the conversation of gender diversity and recognize the expanse of identities across sex and gender. Rex currently serves on the TGX+ Initiative for the National (NGLCC) and Los Angeles (LAGLCC) LGBTQ+ Chambers of Commerce.
