We are a trans-led, queer worker-run home repair company built by tradespeople with over 15 years of experience across construction, repairs, painting, and design. Started by Sam (she/they) and Nicky (they/them) in begining of 2026. After years of working within systems where decision-makers were removed from the labor itself, and with the continued targeted violence Trans people face, we created T4T Repairs Inc to center skill, accountability, and respect—for both workers and clients. We focus on focus on workforce development for trans and gender non-conforming folks while continuing to provide reasonable priced carpentry, repair, design, demo, and general handy they work.
