OnlineKameryn Rose Therapy, aka Rose Therapy, is a virtual private practice specializing in providing culturally-informed and affirming care to Queer and BIPOC individuals, partners, and families across California. Founded in 2026 by Kameryn Rose, LMFT #119932 after building a stronger foundation in care coordination and clinical operations, Rose Therapy prioritizes ethical practice, community care, and providing accessible, affirming services. Rose Therapy has big future goals to contribute to relevant services, mental health access, and connection within the community. Yams, or formally Kameryn Rose, is a Black, agender, and queer-identified Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing for the past decade. His approach is collaborative, direct, and conversational—focusing on unmasking, setting boundaries, and reclaiming your narrative from oppressive systems. He has several years experience in residential treatment facilities imparting stress management and dialectical behavior skills through group, individual, and family therapy. Now his recent experience has settled within community, providing supervision; gender affirming care; and relationship therapy for monogamous, vanilla, kinky, CNM/ENM, and polyamorous individuals, partners, polycules, and groups. Rose Therapy is likely a good fit if you are or are adjacent to: QTIBIPOC folks who are putting energy into building community, whether their own chosen family or something larger; professionals protecting their energy at work where they may be working in an invalidating or unaffirming environment, or working with a nonprofit with big goals; and community members seeking to explore, understand, or reinforce their identities. Individual Therapy
We co-create a treatment plan tailored to your goals and needs as an individual within the bigger picture of a systemic society. Expect authentic, open dialogue, and sensitive care intended to hold queer, BIPOC, and neurodivergent experiences. Gender Assessment and Letter
Full gender assessment with included letter for affirming care. Insurance and self-pay.* $95, single session, no additional cost for existing clients. *Self-pay includes credit card, debit card, and HSA/FSA cards.
Partners and Family Therapy
Relationship therapy for up to three partners or family members. Whether seeking to improve your relationship, boundaries, or communication with chosen family or bio family, partners, friends, or siblings, this is the service for you. Platonic, romantic, power-exchange, sexual, asexual–your unique dynamic informs how we define, work through, and celebrate your journey. Self-pay only.* $250/session, limited sliding scale available. *Self-pay includes credit card, debit card, and HSA/FSA cards. **Sessions are 50-55 minutes.
Associate Supervision
I provide supervision to associate marriage and family therapists who provide services to queer, BIPOC, and/or non-monogamous folks, or who work from collaborative frameworks. I can also supervise associate clinical social workers, however ACSWs must maintain awareness that the majority of their hours are required to be supervised by an LCSW. Supervisees are responsible for properly coordinating with their employer/contractor to establish outside supervision. Self-pay, sliding scale available. Practice and Clinical Consultation
Consultation can be for cases, clinical feedback, or strategic planning. Assessing competence, ethical reflection, building inclusive and equitable processes, and exploration when a client’s experience doesn’t fit the standard representation of a diagnosis.

I complete simple website design and branding. I also keep your website managed and updated for you. You can completely decide to have it made and never touch it again, or submit copy for updates and request new pages at any time.
