RT&C is an anti-oppressive, neuro-, disability-, and queer-affirming solo private outpatient therapy and consulting practice. I specialize in treating individuals aged 15+ with complex and single-incident trauma, self-esteem, and big existential questions around identity and purpose. I largely serve folx whose trauma manifests other challenges, like depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, sexual dysfunction, or substance use. RT&C also provides peer consultation to graduate students, provisionally licensed therapists, and licensed therapists, as well as policy review, DEI training development, and affirming company cultural initiatives for small businesses. For provisionally licensed therapists in CT and MA, I also provide clinical individual and group supervision for licensure.
