Inner Remix Coaching helps neurodivergent adults. I have am especially fluent in working with ADHD people. I help build lives that work with neurodivergent brains instead of against them. While many clients have gained valuable insight through therapy, they often still struggle with everyday challenges like time management, follow-through, organization, decision-making, and creating sustainable routines. Coaching bridges that gap by turning understanding into practical action. I work primarily with LGBTQ+ clients including many gender queer people. I strive to provide an affirming, judgment-free space where clients can show up authentically. As a nonbinary coach and active organizer in Durham's queer community, I bring both lived experience and professional training to my work. My coaching is collaborative and highly practical. Rather than relying on willpower or motivation, we design personalized systems that fit your life, your values, and the way your brain naturally works. Together we identify obstacles, experiment with new approaches, and build lasting habits that reduce stress and increase confidence. Many of my clients come to me for help with executive function, work, relationships, burnout, or simply feeling stuck. Coaching provides a supportive thinking partnership focused on helping you create meaningful, sustainable change. I believe high-quality coaching should be accessible, so I intentionally keep my rates affordable while providing individualized support.
