Founded by Hannah Dixon, we have supported more than 45,000 virtual assistants, freelancers, and remote professionals across 150+ countries. Our flagship program, The Virtual Excellence Academy, provides comprehensive, award-winning business training, practical resources, lifetime community support, and exclusive work opportunities for people building service-based businesses. We also help individuals and organizations find exceptional freelance talent through our recruitment services, making it easier to hire skilled, values-aligned virtual assistants and remote professionals. Alongside our core programs, we run the Youth Virtual Excellence Academy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, and Albania, supporting young people to develop digital, entrepreneurial, and remote work skills that can connect them with global opportunities. Our wider work includes Rainbow Remote, an LGBTQ+ networking community for remote professionals, as well as retreats, coworking experiences, networking events, and software projects designed to support freelancers and entrepreneurs.
