Most people aren't struggling because they lack motivation or discipline. They're carrying patterns that once helped them survive. Sometimes those patterns were shaped by family, culture, caregiving, migration, identity, burnout, relationships, or simply doing whatever it took to make it through difficult seasons of life. Those strategies often made sense. Over time, though, they can leave us feeling exhausted, disconnected, or wondering why we keep repeating the same cycles. Patterns Pivot is a community-centered, evidence-informed coaching practice that helps people better understand those patterns so they can make intentional, sustainable changes that align with the life they want to build. Patterns Pivot proudly provides LGBTQIA+ affirming coaching and welcomes people from all identities, cultures, abilities, faiths, and lived experiences. While anyone is welcome, my practice was intentionally built with first- and second-generation adults, LGBTQIA+ communities, neurodivergent adults, caregivers, helping professionals, organizers, and people navigating burnout, identity, and life's transitions in mind. Research helps us understand human behavior. Community helps us understand people.
