Welcome to Somatic Coaching for ADHD Brains by Ritika, MA. ADHD Coaching is for you if you identify with one or more of these: - Low self-esteem, shame, and a harsh inner narrative - Late diagnosis grief and lingering "what is wrong with me" questions - Anxiety and rejection sensitivity - Sensory overwhelm and perfectionism - Impulse control and emotional reactivity - Difficulty planning, organising, or getting started - Difficulty transitioning; Freezing even though know what to do - Time blindness, working memory gaps, and appearing lazy while caring deeply What we’ll work on together: - Understand the whole of you through a neurobiological, psychological, emotional, somatic, cultural and social lens - Explore how food, sleep, exercise, and environment affect dopamine regulation - Rewrite harsh inner narratives and build self-esteem and confidence - Work with your strengths + what's historically worked for you, and build practical strategies and systems around your goals What we will not do: - Ask you to try harder, chances are you've already tried so hard, with so little acknowledgement, that your own efforts may have become invisible to you - Call you "wrong." I may gently challenge a belief, not the person holding it. My Credentials: - MA, Psychological Studies, CIIS (Somatic Focus) - ADD Coach Training, ADDCA - Hatha and Pranayama Yoga Teacher, Bihar School Lineage, India - Family Business in Theory and Practice, Harvard University - Diploma in Management Accounting, CIMA, UK

60 minutes. Sessions are goal-oriented. We start by recognizing a win, agreeing on what to work on, and deciding what you want to walk away with. Our time together could be used to build self-awareness through an ADHD lens, help you process how ADHD has shaped your life, or turn your natural patterns into practical systems that work for you. We consider your whole self—your brain, body, emotions, environment, and desires—including how sleep, nutrition, medication, relationships, movement, work, and other commitments shape the life you're building. Once we get on a discovery call and it feels like a good match, the link to schedule sessions will be shared via email along with your welcome packet.

60 minutes. Everything in 1:1 coaching, with a specific focus on the female experience of ADHD. We go into the menstrual cycle, hormones, cultural conditioning, aging, and how different stages of life shape the way ADHD shows up for you. Once we get on a discovery call and it feels like a good match, the link to schedule sessions will be shared via email along with your welcome packet.

We get on a call to talk through your interest in ADHD coaching—I'll explain what it involves and answer your questions, and I'll ask a few questions of my own to get to know you. By the end, we'll both have a good sense of whether this feels like the right fit.
