McMiLLER is a Los Angeles board and party game company. My husband David and I co-founded it, we met in London in 2009, started making games together, and moved the business to LA in 2017. We're a queer-owned company run by the two of us, and that shapes more than the ownership line.
 We're best known for It's Bananas, the monkey tail game, which has passed a billion organic social views and gone viral more times than we can count. That's our shape: physical, played on your feet, not sat politely around a table. Fishfight is the same instinct. Fast, funny, explainable in thirty seconds so nobody's stuck reading a rulebook while the room waits. We still make those, but we're widening. JOLT, our magnet game, is as much puzzle as party, and the line coming next goes further in that direction. What doesn't change is who they're for: a party game has to work for whoever's in the room, which means the joke is never
 We've sold over a million games. Our titles are in Walmart, Target and TJX across the US, Canada and Australia, on Amazon in the US and UK, and with distribution partners across Europe. We appeared on Shark Tank in December and closed four deals, one with Daniel Lubetzky. Manufacturing runs through long-standing factory partners in China, with safety testing, compliance and customs handled in-house. We're small, so our values aren't a poster on a wall, they show up in decisions. We pay freelancers on time. We're honest with our factories about timelines instead of squeezing them. We hire for warmth over polish, because you can teach the rest. And nobody works a weekend to save a deadline we chose badly. We're here to get to know the community properly, to grow our standing in it, and to meet people we might build with. As we grow, we'd rather recruit from a room that already shares our values than try to retrofit them later.
