Freckles & Flowers is an LGBTQ+ affirming creative studio built on the belief that creativity can be a powerful pathway to connection, healing and belonging. What began as a wedding floristry business has grown into Flowers, Feeling & Frequency—a practice bringing together creative mentoring, workshops and trauma-informed somatic counselling (currently in training). My vision is to create compassionate spaces where LGBTQ+ people and the wider community feel safe to reconnect with themselves through creativity, nervous system awareness and authentic human connection.
