If you’ve ever wished for a unicorn of a support provider to help you heal and claim your magic without having to explain your identity, I might just be for you. I’m Safrianna Lughna, LCPC, MS, also known as the Queer-Spirit Guide. I’m a Shadow Alchemist and love assisting people in navigating out of old limiting patterns into fully embodied, empowered living. I'm LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, polyamorous, and walk an "alternative" spiritual path as an Earth-based practitioner. Many of my clients share similar identities. People come to me for a variety of reasons due to my intersection clinical studies + two decades of Druidic practice and intuitive healing modalities. I'm part well-studied trauma specialist, part holistic guide, and part intuitive healer. Across my work with 100s of one-on-one clients and thousands of students, I’ve learned each person is unique and deserves In simpler terms, I’m multi-modal, flexible, and excited to meet you wherever you need. I offer: “Guidance” Appointments and Packages: Coaching type services, which might include talking through current problems, receiving energy healing, business planning, card pulls, or any of my techniques. People often work with me on navigating boundaries, relationship and career changes, clearing past patterns, post-traumatic growth, and reconnecting with their intuition. Therapy: Online, in the state of Maryland only. I specialize in trauma recovery, especially from domestic violence and sexual abuse/assault. Community, Guided Experiences, and Online Courses: I have a completely free space called the “Rebel Elements” for LGBTIQIA+ folks and allies to gather under a common love of nature, creativity, and personal magic.
