The Local Line is a Sacramento-area marketing and systems studio built for small businesses and independent creators who need practical support without the traditional agency experience. I help connect the pieces of a business’s digital presence, from social media strategy and content creation to offers, customer paths, workflows, and client experience. Support is right-sized for where the business actually is. That might mean fixing a social profile, building a content plan, organizing a messy process, or creating a digital ecosystem that is easier to manage and grow from. Work is available online and in person, with options to learn how to do it, build it together, or hand off the pieces taking up too much time. The Local Line especially welcomes LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, veteran, minority, and other business owners who have felt overlooked by traditional business spaces. Thoughtful marketing, built for where small businesses actually are.

If your social profiles exist but still feel unfinished, confusing, or disconnected from the business you’re building, The First Fix gives you a clear place to start. This focused service reviews one primary social platform and identifies what is getting in the way. Together, we’ll work through the essentials, including your positioning, bio, links, calls to action, visual consistency, and what someone should do after finding you. You’ll leave with a prioritized fix list, clearer profile direction, and practical next steps you can maintain. It’s designed for small business owners and independent creators who want experienced guidance without committing to full social media management. Includes one platform review and a live working session. Ongoing content creation, posting, and account management are not included.

When posting feels inconsistent or every new idea starts from scratch, the Social Media Strategy Map gives you a clear direction for what to say, where to focus, and how your content should support your business. Through a collaborative strategy process, we’ll clarify your audience, goals, platform priorities, brand voice, content pillars, posting rhythm, discovery keywords, engagement approach, and practical next steps. You’ll receive a custom strategy map designed around your real capacity—not an unrealistic content schedule. This is for small business owners and independent creators who are ready to move beyond random posting while continuing to create and manage their own content. Includes strategy development, collaborative review, and a practical implementation roadmap. Ongoing content creation, posting, community management, and paid advertising are not included.

You know your business is worth showing off. The hard part is finding the time, ideas, and extra set of hands to capture it well. The Content Capture Session is a planned, on-location session built around your business, audience, and upcoming marketing needs. Before the session, I’ll help identify what needs to be captured and create a practical shot list. During the session, I’ll gather a mix of brand photos, behind-the-scenes moments, product or service footage, and short-form video clips. Afterward, you’ll receive an organized content library that gives you real material to work with across social media, your website, email marketing, and future promotions. This offer is ideal for small businesses and independent creators who manage their own marketing but need fresh, intentional content to work from. Ongoing posting, account management, full social media strategy, and paid advertising are not included.

If one recurring part of your business constantly feels harder than it should, The Workflow Fix helps straighten it out. Together, we’ll focus on one specific workflow—such as client onboarding, content planning, scheduling, approvals, project handoffs, or another process that keeps creating confusion. I’ll review how the work currently moves, identify the friction points, and rebuild the process into something clearer and easier to maintain. You’ll leave with a simplified workflow, clearly defined steps and responsibilities, practical improvements inside your existing tools, and a handoff guide showing how the new process works. This is designed for small business owners and independent creators who need one important process fixed without investing in an entirely new operating system. A full business systems build, advanced automation, software subscriptions, data migration, and ongoing operational support are not included.

Your content ideas shouldn’t be scattered across notebooks, screenshots, text messages, and six half-used apps. The Content System Build gives your content one clear place to live and a practical process for moving it forward. I’ll work with you to understand how you create, where things currently get stuck, and what your system needs to support without adding more unnecessary work. Your custom system can include an idea bank, content calendar, production workflow, status tracking, content pillars, platform planning, asset organization, reusable templates, approval steps, and a place to track published content. You’ll also receive a walkthrough and a simple guide for using and maintaining it. This is for small businesses and creators who already make content but need a calmer, more reliable way to manage it. Content strategy, photography, video production, caption writing, posting, ongoing management, software subscriptions, and advanced automation are not included.

Social media management works best when someone understands the business behind the account not just what needs to be posted next. The Social Media Management Partnership provides ongoing, hands-on support for small businesses that need a consistent presence without managing the entire process themselves. Each partnership is shaped around the business, its audience, available content, and actual marketing priorities. A typical monthly partnership may include content planning, three weekly posts across agreed platforms, caption writing, graphic design, short-form video editing, scheduling, light weekday account monitoring, and a monthly performance review. This is a collaborative service. You’ll provide timely business updates, approvals, and access to the photos or information needed to keep the content accurate and connected to what is really happening. On-location content capture, paid advertising, daily community management, influencer outreach, and extensive digital help.
