Velacanto & Co. helps turn unclear ideas, stuck situations, and things that are still taking shape into something more structured, practical, and easier to move forward. I work across product development, UX research, product logic, systems thinking, research, and technical problem-solving to help make sense of what is happening, what is missing, and what needs to happen next. Projects can range from early business or product ideas to existing websites, workflows, unresolved situations, or experiences that are not working as well as they should. Depending on what the project needs, support may include clarifying the situation, researching options, organizing requirements, mapping flows, creating a practical plan, redesigning a page, developing a workflow, documenting the process, or carrying out other agreed work. You do not need to know exactly what kind of help you need before reaching out. Start with what you are trying to figure out, improve, or build, and we can work from there.
