Erotic Insurgency is my liberation-focused somatic practice, built at the intersection of pleasure, politics, and healing — rooted in Audre Lorde's understanding of the erotic as power, and shaped by nearly two decades of formal somatic training and a decade before that doing grassroots organizing work. This QTIBIPOC-centered practice centers breathwork, ritual, and erotic embodiment work, offered through community sessions, moon rituals, demographic-specific courses, and 1:1 coaching for activists, healers, sex workers, and cultural workers. Pricing structures are sliding scale and anti-capitalist by design, and all sessions happens online. For organizations and collectives, I offer tailored somatic breathwork and ritual — the kind of work that addresses what's actually happening in the body of a group: the burnout, the disconnection, the depletion that comes from doing hard work in hard times without tending to the erotic aliveness that makes sustained resistance possible. I've worked with groups ranging from intimate healing circles to established organizations, and I bring the same political clarity and somatic depth to all of it.
