Studio Lutalica is a queer + feminist design studio (and social enterprise) building the digital infrastructure that helps women and LGBTQ+ organisations grow. We partner with values-led teams to create bold, joy-filled, seriously-useful design—grounded in lived experience, shaped through close collaboration, and always built with inclusion in mind. In practice, that means we help organisations get clear on who they are, what they’re here to do, and how to say it—then turn that clarity into branding and websites that actually work in the real world. We do brand strategy + identity, accessible high-performing websites, editorial/report design, and campaign + comms toolkits (think decks, social templates, fundraising pages, and all the bits that keep a movement moving). We’re especially at home with organisations doing community care, gender justice, LGBTQ+ advocacy, sexual health, and intersectional equality work. We’re not here for shiny design-for-design’s-sake. We’re here for capacity-building: the kind of thoughtful, future-proofed creative that makes it easier for your team to show up consistently, attract funding, communicate with confidence, and reach the people you’re here for. Accessibility isn’t an add-on—it’s part of the brief from day one (clear structure, readable type, inclusive language, and websites that don’t make users work harder than they already have to). Our approach is friendly, fair—but frank, and occasionally a bit cheeky (because joy is part of the work, too). We’ll bring strong craft, solid process, and calm guidance—whether you’re launching something new, levelling up an existing brand, or untangling a website that’s grown chaotic over time. The goal is simple: help you look credible, feel like yourselves, and make it easier for your community to find you, trust you, and take action.
