Facilitator and organizational consultant working with leadership teams when everything looks functional on the surface but something still isn't quite right. I pay attention to what actually happens inside teams: the decisions that never get made, the conversations that happen outside the room, the patterns everyone feels but nobody names. My work focuses on helping leaders make sense of those dynamics so they can improve alignment, strengthen decision-making, and navigate change more effectively. My background spans leadership development, organizational learning, communication, and facilitation across Europe and North America. More recently, I've been involved in projects improving AI models and studying AI transformation, giving me additional insight into the challenges organizations and employees are navigating as these technologies become part of everyday work. I also write, facilitate retreats in Italy, and remain fascinated by the ways human systems are shaped by culture, meaning, and relationships.
