Working with lead coach and founder Stephane Duret, you’ll gain support and clarity to chart your career and life uniquely. Stephane Duret is an empathetic performer, educator, and life coach from Miami with roots in Haiti. Seen in the Tony Award-winning Kinky Boots on Broadway, he is also Founder and Executive Director of KAISER’S ROOM, a nonprofit offering arts programming to people with cognitive and developmental disabilities. Inspired by Kaiser, he continues creating inclusive spaces in arts, classrooms, and workplaces. Passionate about helping others connect with themselves and each other, Stephane now lives in Bloomfield, NJ with his husband Max, daughter Esmé Sofia, and their dog Cooper.

Stephane is a Black LGBTQIA+ man born of Haitian-American parents (first-generation father’s side, second-generation mother’s). As a motivational coach, educator, founder and executive director of a NYC nonprofit offering arts programming for the disabled community, and a trained Broadway performer, he can speak from many marginalized perspectives. Topics include inclusive practices with neuro-distinct children, surviving homophobia, and building businesses & homes as a marginalized individual.
