About this role
Manage and advise a portfolio of GiveWell's largest donors (seven- to ten-figure gifts), building long-term trust-based relationships and translating research into original donor-facing content for analytically sophisticated audiences. You'll also lead team-wide initiatives like learning-journey design, playbooks, donor events, and communications, and serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. GiveWell is a nonprofit research organization that identifies the most cost-effective global health and development programs and has directed over $2.6 billion in donations to them since 2007.
