The Development Officer plays an important supporting role in advancing Point of Pride’s fundraising strategy and donor engagement efforts. Reporting directly to the Chief Advancement Officer and working closely with the Executive Director, this position focuses on executing fundraising initiatives, stewarding donors, supporting campaigns, and strengthening development systems. Point of Pride is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves the international transgender community through direct service programs. From 2016-2022, we were volunteer-operated by a trans-led Board of Directors. Over the last few years, Point of Pride has grown exponentially and is staffing a team to reflect the current size—and future ambitions—of our work.
