The Senior User Researcher is a mixed methods researcher with a quantitative focus, who matures digital user research practices for an education curriculum company. As an individual contributor, they play a key role in establishing and making usable digital platform analytics, as well as contributing to digital platform strategy through studies and supporting research operations.
