The Advocacy Associate will be responsible for supporting the Advocacy team and helping to establish Trevor as a key player in state advocacy. This position will be responsible for providing operational support by developing efficient procedures that streamline all operations for the team, creating and distributing Trevor-branded materials/research/talking points, expanding partnerships through relationship building, data collection, tracking legislation, assisting with facilitation of grassroots mobilization, and day-to-day responsibility for other tasks as assigned. The Trevor Project is the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ young people, operating 24/7 crisis services plus research, advocacy, and education programs.
