This person provides demonstrated experience of technical support and serves as the escalation point for complex technical issues while bridging end-user support and enterprise technology operations. This role combines sound knowledge of troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, endpoint administration, as well as project participation, continuous service improvement to deliver reliable, secure, and customer-focused IT services. The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) is the largest political lobbying and civil rights organization in the United States dedicated to achieving equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) people.
