About this role
Customer service and dispatch coordinator for a medical transportation service serving Medicare and health plan members. Main duties are scheduling and coordinating patient trips, routing drivers, giving trip updates, and handling reservation changes, plus general customer support and complaint resolution under HIPAA privacy rules. Entry-level friendly; the only stated requirement is willingness to learn their software and phone system. Must have a space to work from home with a computer and internet connection(ethernet). Available Shifts: • 7:30am-4:30pm PST • 9:30am-6pm PST CareCar is a healthcare transportation broker whose mission is to improve quality of life through unimpeded access to care.
