The Program Manager at Young Women's Freedom Center Site is responsible for ensuring that YWFC’s programs are consistently meeting their goals and objectives. This position provides consistent training and learning opportunities so that staff can achieve organizational and programmatic goals and objectives, implement programs and activities, and create and maintain safe and proactive spaces where cis and trans women and girls, trans men and boys, and gender expansive youth* of color who have grown up in poverty can teach and learn from one another while simultaneously building community. Young Women's Freedom Center's mission is to inspire young women, trans and gender-expansive youth who have experienced foster care, life on the streets, and the juvenile justice system to transform their lives and their communities.
