The Marketing and Communications Manager serves as a strategic storyteller and project manager who translates complex climate, racial equity, and clean energy initiatives into compelling and accessible narratives that elevate the organization’s impact and thought leadership. This role supports organizational growth through content strategy, communications planning, digital engagement, brand stewardship, and production oversight while ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and compliance with organizational communication standards across all platforms and materials. Founded in 2016, the Equity Fund partners authentically with community-based organizations in 14 states to build power in communities, transform public narratives about climate change, and build political will for lasting public policies.
