About this role

This role is ideal for a product craft leader and coach who is also commercially sharp. Two things make the coaching mandate unusually real here. First, we increasingly hire PMs out of the industry itself: clinicians and provider-side operators who arrive with deep domain knowledge and need to be built into strong product people. Second, we practice Domain-Driven Design, and we are pulling lead engineers closer to the domain rather than handing them specs. You will be coaching in both directions: teaching product craft to people who know the domain cold, and building shared domain fluency across product and engineering. Hi Rasmus is on a mission to make evidence-based autism care accessible to families everywhere. Their goal is to positively impact the lives of 1 million children with autism.
