Hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the core experience at Rula; focused on making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care. Day-to-day, you’ll dig into data to understand consumer pain points, and collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to uncover what drives stronger engagement and better outcomes. You’ll lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements that make a real difference in patients’ lives. Rula is a remote-first company. We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii. Rula aims to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.
