About this role
As Allswell's Product Manager (Growth), you'll report directly to our CTO and own the product experiences that turn patient and provider demand into facilitated care. On the patient side, you’ll own the journey from ad impression to attending the first session. You’ll make it easy for the right patient to understand what we offer, figure out their insurance coverage, complete intake, find the right therapist, and get a session on the calendar. On the therapist side, you'll build the onboarding portal that takes a therapist from sign-up to ready for their first patient. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of product and growth. You’ll identify the biggest constraints in the system, figure out what’s causing them, build solutions, and measure whether those solutions actually help more people get into care. Alls Well is online LGBTQ+ Therapy Rooted in Trauma-Informed Care.
