Own the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of the curriculum jobseekers move through — career readiness, job search strategy, interviewing, networking, and U.S. workplace navigation — while managing an Instructional Designer and setting the content roadmap. Day-to-day work includes tracking labor-market and AI-driven hiring trends, updating training content across live workshops and self-paced e-learning, and equipping coaches with facilitator guides and train-the-trainer support. Upwardly Global is a national nonprofit that helps work-authorized, college-educated immigrants and refugees rebuild their professional careers in the United States.
