Lyra is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and seasoned Executive Assistant to support the new Chief People Officer (CPO) while overseeing operations for the Santa Monica office space. In this dual-impact role, you will serve as a strategic partner and extension of the CPO, managing seamless day-to-day operations, executive communications, and high-priority People team initiatives. Additionally, you will serve as the heartbeat of our Santa Monica office, a strong ambassador of our company and local culture, office management, and spatial and event logistics. Lyra Health is a leading provider of evidence-based mental health care, serving more than 20 million people globally in partnership with employers and more than 100 million through health plan and partner relationships.
