Thatch is looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to build and scale new acquisition channels. You'll own our strategy across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, and emerging channels. This is a build role. You'll decide where they invest, what they test, and how they measure success while partnering closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and Analytics to turn new channels into repeatable sources of pipeline. Thatch is rewiring how health benefits work. The mission at Thatch is to build a healthcare system people love.
