Luma Health is hiring a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives. This is a hands-on people leadership role for someone who brings strong healthcare technology sales experience, rigorous forecasting habits, and a practical coaching style. You'll initially manage ~4-5 AEs, supporting them across pipeline development, deal strategy, qualification, discovery, executive communication, and closing. This role does not carry an individual sales quota, though you'll be expected to actively support the team in advancing and closing opportunities. Luma Health helps healthcare organizations deliver more care by providing technology that simplifies patient messaging, streamlines appointment scheduling, and modernizes care delivery for clinics and health systems.
