Looking for a Senior or Staff Product Designer to join our Product Growth team. This role will shape how clients discover and navigate early parts of their experience with Grow Therapy. The Product Growth team is within our Match Success org, one of Grow's highest-priority areas where we help clients identify their needs, evaluate potential providers, and get them started on their therapy journey. You'll lead 0→1 design work — from strategy through launch — impacting millions of people looking for mental health support, and set the craft bar for how growth-focused design gets done at Grow. You’ll stand out as an applicant if you’ve worked on a consumer-focused growth team (B2C). Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice and patients accessing high-quality care.
