Staff Product Manager, New Models & Markets

As Staff Product Manager for Grow's New Models & Markets team, you'll own new products and business offerings within Grow, particularly in the payor and EAP space. As a Staff PM, you will be responsible for both deepening partnerships with payers, as well as building an entirely new category of B2B offering for employers. You'll be expected to shape both the strategy and the build as you go. This role calls for someone who thinks in systems — not just features — and who can move fluidly between high-level strategy and the tactical complexities of the healthcare ecosystem. Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice and patients accessing high-quality care.
